Weekly Sports Classes For Kids Aged 2 - 8 Years old

WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN

Our programs focus on developing your child with all the most important fundamental movement, sports, and social skills that are required to progress to the next level.

Sports Skills they will learn

Kicking, Dribbling, Passing, Shooting, Throwing, Catching, Striking

Movement Skills they will develop

Zig zag, Jumping, Hopping, Animal Movements, Climbing, Rolling, Footwork, Hand-eye Coordination, Lateral movements, Changing Direction, Evasion

Social Skills that they will improve

Taking Turns, Following Instructions, Communication Skills, Teamwork, Leadership, Goal setting, Confidence, Self-esteem, Persistence, and Respect.

The Goal of the Program

That your child develops a solid skills foundation in multiple sports so that they can master their preferred sport as they grow older!

AGE GROUPS

In each class, kids will be grouped by age. Each group will be assigned to a dedicated coach.

2 – 3 years old

(Parent-accompanied) Your child will learn the fundamental movement and sports skills in a fun and positive environment!

3 – 5 years old

In this class, your child will learn a variety of sports skills throughout our term of classes and improve their coordination and motor skills.

6 – 8 years old

At this stage we will focus on introducing your child to competition in a team and individual environment. They will also progress their sports specific movement skills.
